Malcolm Gloak, Chairman of the Investment Committee

Malcolm is Chairman of the Investment Committee. He joined Catalyst in 2005 to assist Rod in managing a number of the financial services investments from the 1999 fund.

A graduate of Oxford University, Malcolm joined 3i in 1975 becoming a Managing Director and a member of the UK Management Committee with a broad experience of venture capital.

Malcolm was formerly Chairman of Diagonal plc, the systems integrator, and a non-executive director of a number of private and public companies including Mori, the market research and opinion pollster.
